As Managing Director of Sam’s Real Estate, Payman Nadimi is responsible for real estate development and asset management, crafting and implementing a well-defined strategy for properties acquired and owned, maximizing their respective values.
Payman is a driven real estate development professional with over 20 years’ experience in the development of single-tenant retail locations. He joined the company in 2015 after spending the previous 20 years at McDonald’s, where he was responsible for and managed teams that led to the development and construction of over 200 new, rebuild and renovated McDonald’s across southeastern United States.
In his current role, Payman leads real estate development, site acquisitions, asset management, and new store design and construction, helping put together the processes, procedures and teams to meet company strategic goals and objectives.
Payman graduated from Louisiana State University with a professional degree in architecture, is a licensed architect (inactive) registered with the NCARB, and is a strong advocate for continuous learning and professional development. He is a resident of Charlotte, NC.
