As Construction Coordinator for Sam’s Real Estate, Joanne coordinates new construction contracts and documents throughout site investigation and the construction process, as well as managing vendors, invoicing, and project reporting.
Since graduating from Youngstown State University Joanne Gabriel has been involved in business administration for more than 25 years, many of those years competently supporting senior management executives.
Prior to joining Sam’s Real Estate, Joanne spent over seven years in the real estate/new home construction industry. At Ryan Homes she participated in creating and implementing common selection sheets for new homebuyers, creating and maintaining a database for county approval of product plans, and was instrumental in the transition to new options while complying with codes and maintaining costing/pricing integrity and budgets.
In her time at both Ryan Homes and as a Resource Planning Expeditor at Pulte Group Joanne excelled at applying skills and knowledge in the industry to creating and updating construction schedules for all trades in the home building process, reporting of various aspects of the company for management decisions and measurements, as well as developed key contacts at many counties to expedite the approval of building and zoning permits and resolving issues encountered in the permitting process.
